Instrucciones:
- Pelar y cortar los tomates, la berenjena y el ajo cortar los pimientos y colocar los ingredientes en un bol.
- Añadir el agua, las .almendras o manzanas (al gusto, son para, espesar), una pizca de sal y la albahaca fresca.
- Triturar todos los ingredientes rectificar de sal si es necesario y añadir agua si queda muy espeso
- Servir en un bol y añadir un chorrito de aceite de oliva, orégano y semillas de sésamo negro (para decorar).
