Instrucciones:
- Extender la salsa de tomate sobre la base.
- Sofreír la cebolla con aceite y sal durante 10 minutos. Añadir los champiñones con unas gotas de salsa de soja, el maíz, el tofu ahumado y orégano. Saltear hasta que se haya evaporado el agua de los champiñones. Poner encima de la pizza
- Decorar con el calabacín y las olivas. Cocer de 8 a 10 minutos en el horno precalentado a 200 ºC. Servir con el perejil fresco por encima.
