Instrucciones:
- Cortar los tomates por arriba. Vaciarlos con una cuchara y reservar. Salar ligeramente y ponerlos boca abajo.
- Cortar los aguacates en dos y quitar el hueso. Machacarlos con un tenedor y exprimir el jugo del limón sobre ellos.
- Cortar el pimiento y la cebolla lo más menudo posible. Agregar a los aguacates y rellenar los tomates. Cubrir con albahaca o menta picadita y tapar con la parte del tomate cortada (tipo sombrerito)
