- 4 cucharadas sirope de agave
- 1 litro Leche de Avena

Instrucciones:
- Pela las manzanas y trocéalas.
- En un cazo echa las manzanas, el zumo de limón y el sirope de agave o el azúcar de coco (o el endulzante que quieras). Cocina unos 5 minutos para que la manzana se deshaga y se ablande.
- Echa la leche, la vainilla y la canela y sube el fuego al máximo. Cuando rompa a hervir, baja el fuego y cocina unos 5 minutos.
- Añade el agar agar en polvo y cocina unos 5 minutos más.
- Retira el palo de canela, bate las natillas y sirve en cuencos individuales. Si al enfriar no tienen una textura perfecta puedes volver a batirlas antes de servir.
