Instrucciones:
- Picar la cebolla fina y pocharla en una cazuela junto con el aceite, la calabaza cortada a dados pequeños y la manzana, a fuego lento.
- Pasados 5 minutos añadir agua hasta cubrir y salpimentar al gusto.
- Hervir durante 25 minutos.
- Apagar y añadir la crema de leche y entonces ya se puede añadir el jengibre, y triturar.
- Servir con perejil picado o cebollino.
