El Humus es un paté vegetal realizado fundamentalmente con garbanzos que una vez cocidos, son machacados y al que se le añaden diferentes especias para darle un sabor característico. Nos encanta recomendarlo porque es un gran aperitivo, muy fácil de hacer además de saludable. Es una gran alternativa a otras opciones mucho menos saludables como los embutidos o los snacks fritos (patatas, cortezas…).

Instrucciones:
- cocer el brócoli al vapor
